GENERAL TERMS
Imogen Ovijach Makeup is a Sole Trader Business providing makeup services.
By scheduling an appointment, the client is voluntarily entering into a legally binding contract whereby the conditions of service are upheld by the parties.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE
Imogen Ovijach Makeup reserves the right to refuse service after maltreatment, no-show appointments, and failure to comply with policy.
Each minute late will reduce the client's service time and will not be supplemented by the next appointment. If the client is notably late, this may put limitations on receiving a full service. If there is no next appointment, the client may be charged an overtime fee.
After 15 minutes late to a booked service, the client surrenders their appointment and the cost is charged in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Brushes, product and apparatus are rightly sterilised between each participant. Imogen Ovijach Makeup conducts a strict proper hygiene practice with no cross-contamination through the use of disposable tools. Imogen Ovijach Makeup will not be held accountable to any person for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages of such person.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice. The client agrees to pay the entire fees to Imogen Ovijach Makeup for their services in accordance with these terms. There is no up front booking fee; the client is required to provide payment information at the time of booking which is reserved for late cancellation and no-show appointments. Full payment is to be settled on the service date via exact cash or eftpos payment, excluding AMEX. Clients do not qualify for refunds. Imogen Ovijach Makeup does not offer discounts or payment plans.
CANCELLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
The client has free cancellation up to 48 hours exactly prior to the appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made within this time and before 24 hours will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours will incur the full cost of the reserved service, no exceptions under any circumstance. If the booked service is at 12:00pm on Saturday, the client will need to cancel before 12:00pm on Thursday to avoid being charged. If the funds are not available, the client will be unable to receive service until the owing amount is paid. This fee applies due to negligence, change of mind, intent to book again (reschedule), event cancellation and sickness. If the client should fail to arrive to a booked service without cancelling online, they are marked as a non-appearance and are banned as a returning customer sine die.
SURCHARGES
A 2% surcharge is automatically added to all eftpos payments.
Services increase by 10% on public holidays, excluding Christmas Day (CLOSED).
Before and after hours appointments incur a 10% surcharge.
OUT OF SCOPE TASKS
Imogen Ovijach Makeup does not perform these tasks during the client's 60 minute studio appointment. Tattoo cover; fixing uneven spray tan or skin peeling; provide partial makeup for an associate of the client (fix another artist's work, add false eyelashes, touch up etc.); provide or sell product; rush the service due to the client booking an unsuitable time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To fully read and understand these terms, cancellation policy, and appointment details written in their confirmation and reminder emails, and comply with them.
To arrive on time with entirely clean skin that is free of any makeup. No skin needling or facial peels at least 2 weeks before the service date.
To notify Imogen Ovijach Makeup prior to the service commencing of any allergies or sensitivities they may experience, and to accurately describe any treatments they have had done that may compromise the service.
To communicate any dissatisfactions with the makeup and not to alter Imogen Ovijach Makeup's work separately.
To kindly treat this appointment like any other professional service. No eating and vaping during the appointment.
